Terms & Conditions of jitaace5

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

By accessing, browsing, or using jitaace5 in any capacity — including, without limitation, creating an account, completing jitaace5 Login, depositing BDT, placing a wager, or claiming a Bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of how they access it (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future dedicated application). • You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any business, corporate entity, or third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

Restricted Funds

Funds deposited exclusively as part of a fraudulent, abusive, or collusive scheme will be forfeited in full. jitaace5 conducts ongoing transaction monitoring. Any funds associated with suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

jitaace5 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration, verified their identity where required, and made at least one qualifying BDT deposit, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise by jitaace5.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• jitaace5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Seasonal Promotions

jitaace5 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players in Bangladesh. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and where applicable, legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on jitaace5, whether under your own name or under any alias, for any purpose whatsoever.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with jitaace5, place wagers, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software. Any such errors must be reported to support@jitaace5 immediately. Any winnings derived from a known software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity using the Platform.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any BDT deposit after using the deposited funds to place wagers. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and pursued accordingly.
• Abusing the jitaace5 bonus system, including through systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk (known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward jitaace5 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

jitaace5 employs dedicated fraud detection systems and carries out regular manual reviews of account activity. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts permanently closed without notice and any remaining balance forfeited.

jitaace5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected underage use, or at the request of the Player themselves.

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your jitaace5 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jitaace5. Before your account is closed, all active bonus balances will be removed and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Any remaining real-money BDT balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method after identity verification has been completed. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is available immediately via your account dashboard and does not require you to contact support.

Suspension by jitaace5

We may suspend your account with immediate effect if we have reason to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your account has been compromised, that fraudulent or illegal activity may be occurring, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to jitaace5 or other players. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your account, make deposits, or place wagers. We will contact you via your registered email address to explain the reason for the suspension where legally permissible to do so.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent closure of your account — whether by you or by jitaace5 — these Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to all transactions, wagers, and activities that occurred prior to the closure date. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to prohibited conduct, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply after account closure.
